Faith Tunstall, M.S., LPC

Hi, I’m Faith. I offer virtual, participant-centered therapy for adults (18–64) in Virginia and South Carolina, grounded in Existential Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy — with a trauma-informed lens.

You’re welcome to bring your full self — your culture, your faith, and your questions — into a space that’s genuinely welcoming.

You don’t need more discipline. You need a system that has room to breathe.

Values that guide my work
Transparency

I believe clients deserve to understand how therapy works, what’s being documented, and what decisions are being made. I communicate openly about goals, boundaries, and expectations, so there’s no confusion about what we’re doing or why.

Respect for Autonomy

I don’t push people through healing — I walk with them. I honor each client’s pace, voice, and lived experience, and I never assume I know what’s best without their input.

Clinical Integrity

I stay grounded in evidence-based care, clear documentation, and ethical boundaries. I don’t blur lines, overpromise, or drift into roles that don’t belong to me — because clients deserve care that’s both compassionate and professionally sound.

Focus Areas

Tap any area for a closer look.

Anxiety+
Persistent worry, racing thoughts, or a body that stays on edge. Together we slow it down, name what’s fueling it, and build skills to respond instead of react.
Life Transitions+
Big shifts like a new job, a move, a breakup, marriage, new parenthood, empty-nesting, or loss — seasons where old patterns stop fitting. We make sense of the change and rebuild steady footing.
Burnout+
Chronic exhaustion, cynicism, and feeling like you have nothing left to give — common in high-achieving roles and caregiving. We restore energy, boundaries, and meaning.
Mental Load+
The invisible to-do list you carry — planning, remembering, and anticipating for everyone else. We make it visible, shareable, and lighter.
Coping Skills+
Practical, in-the-moment tools grounded in CBT and solution-focused methods — so hard days don’t spiral.
Self-Esteem+
The critical inner voice, people-pleasing, and never feeling “enough.” We build a steadier, kinder sense of self.
Spirituality+
Faith, doubt, meaning, and purpose — explored with respect for your values and worldview, wherever you are.
Superwoman Schema+
The pressure to be everything to everyone — strong, selfless, endlessly capable. We unpack that pattern and make room for your needs, too.
Professional Consulting

Alongside therapy, I offer professional consulting for organizations and teams — corporate trainings, workshops, and leadership support grounded in clinical insight. Together we address burnout, mental load, and sustainable performance, so people can do their best work without running on empty.
